Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the total weight and destination of your order.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed automatically. Production times may vary depending on the item, and once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- France: 7–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and do not include production time for made-to-order items. Delivery delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Orders require an adult signature upon delivery.
- If delivery fails after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- SYSTEMSTATUS LLC is not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- If the recipient refuses a shipment or provides an incorrect address, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
